DUTY / CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE TOO HIGH!! Why is my shipping fees more expensive than the dress I ordered...?
Hi Taylor, Thank you for your review. We are really sorry to hear you are surprised you had to pay duties on your order. We do our best to inform customers of these fees at checkout, as well as our shipping & legal pages. Unfortunately, the displayed product costs and delivery fees do not include taxes and duties which are applied by customs & DHL in the country of delivery. As these vary from country to country, we're unable to be responsible for any additional charges incurred on import.
