The experience started off really great with the customer service. I had place my order to the wrong shipping address so I sent in a email with the details of my order. Within an hour the issue was resolved. I am grateful for the quickness to the response and how nice they were. I got my package one day later than original expected shipping days but that wasn’t a big deal. The items in my package arrived without any issues. The dress and skirt I got were amazing quality and fit perfectly.

My package did not arrive and its been over 2 weeks. I haven't heard back from them about a refund. The issue is with the delivery service but I had the same issue when shopping with a competing brand and a refund was sent to me as soon as I reached out. Disappointed and will be rethinking shopping with Tiger Mist in the future.

The dress was absolutely gorgeous and fit my body perfectly. I was worried that it would be too big, but medium was perfect for a tall girl like me. The bow and colour is so flattering and I've received many compliments.
