Terrible customer service. Terrible communication skills and not interested in helping consumers get what they need. I ordered a replacement battery which was not compatible with the vacuum as advertised. Instead of helping me exchange it for the correct one, they took weeks to respond and when they finally did, they would not assist me. I guess that is why these are the cheapest vacuums on the market.

Horrible
After just one year, my machine completely stopped charging, even though I’ve always taken great care of it.
I contacted customer service, and they had me ship the machine in for repair. After they received it, they informed me that it couldn’t be repaired because they didn’t have the necessary replacement parts. Instead, they offered me a refurbished replacement, but said it might not even be the same model I originally purchased because of their “limited stock.”
Since then, it’s been nothing but endless back-and-forth emails. Every time I ask a question, they completely avoid answering it and instead keep pushing me to accept whatever replacement they want to send. It’s extremely frustrating and feels like they have no interest in addressing my actual concerns.
The customer service representative I’ve been dealing with is Waselena. So far, the experience has been disappointing and a complete waste of time.
I still haven’t received clear answers to my questions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company or its customer service.

I love this machine I am a full time nanny so I use it 2 or even 3 times a day , my only problem was that I couldn’t clean the water tank (the clean container of water )not where the dirty water get collected in, and until it built up with what looked like mould , after cleaning it many times the mould kept building up, it eventually blocked my machine and it wouldn’t work as well , it kept telling me to clean it even though it had only just started , so now I use the old system of had bucket and a mop until I can afford another one . But yes it is a great machine and well recommended, if only we can get into cleaning the water container so it doesn’t build up mould which I think caused the machine to malfunction.

Do not buy from this people , my dad bought me a welcome house gift vaccum . It wasnt working anymore i reached out to the company . Customer service told me i need to ship back my old one and they would send me back a new one so I have done that. I have shipped back to my old one and I have not received a tracking for my new one. I have called them constantly and asked where my tracking was I’ve been told that it is on the truck waiting for pick up the next day. I was told that there was not even a tracking number established and that they’re waiting for a warehouse to answer them. I’m where this tracking number and why has not been picked and that my old one has been received into the warehouse. I asked numerously for a representative manager to call me back I’ve got told three times now that a manager will call me back within 24 hours. No one has called me back. I just want my vacuum. The customer service warranty is horrible and they do absolutely nothing to make sure your warranty is kept to 100% value and make sure that the customer gets what they need. .

Terrible warranty and worse customer service
The vacuum itself worked well until the lower hose broke. After noticing the issue a warranty claim was generated. At first it seemed like things were going to go smoothly. However, after a week of waiting we were told the repair would be performed within 3 business days and returned. Week 2 item was received but still no update on when it would be returned. Week 3 comes around and after multiple emails to get to the bottom of the repair we were told it was beyond repair. The vacuum is 7 months old and we were offered a refurbished vacuum or a partial refund. These options are a slap in the face especially when buying directly from the manufacturer.
In conclusion I would warn anyone that is considering this company or any of their products to carefully consider if their warranty and service is worth what you will pay.
This is quite possibly the worst warranty I have ever dealt with.

Doesn’t Fit!
