Tire Agent was great. Fedex only delivered 3 tires. I contacted TA, and the last tire was sent the following day. TA was communicative and followed along until I my order was complete.

I placed an order for 4 tires on July…
I placed an order for 4 tires on July 10th, I was expecting to receive all 4 together but for some reason they are arriving on separate days. Well 2 of the tires were suppose to be delivered today July 15th between 12-4pm. It’s now almost 5pm and I Just found out All 4 of my tires are sitting at the same location they have been at for 5 days with no movement at all! Terrible service and I won’t use this company again. First and last time for sure! Why give someone a tracking number if the tires are still sitting at the same place it was 5 days ago ?????? Unacceptable and customer service is clueless!

Great place to buy tires
I ordered my tires, ordered the incorrect ones, reordered the correct ones, finally got them on my car. I did have issues with the delivery of the original order but once I got that straightened out, I am so happy! LOVE Tire Agent for puchasing my tires. Won't be the last time I order from you!
