Super easy website to use the tires were shipped extremely fast once my order was complete the price is very comparable to other places if you pay them off within the 90 days the payment & fiance options are incredible the options you have to get a set of tires and not have to put any money down is a great especially if you have low credit or bad credit if you need a set of tires and dont have enough money to buy a set at full price Tire Agent is the way to go
Just wanted to share an update, I spoke with a manger, she was extremely nice and helpful to get this resolved , I was credited the refund for the bad tire, and they also credited back the road force balance that we had to pay for. I would consider giving them a 2nd chance . Do not waste your time ! We have had a terrible time, we ordered 4 tires april 17 2026, one of the NEW tires was put of round and would.not balance correctly after paying 3 different companies to try balance them, the discount tire company told us the tire was out of round. We had to ship the tire back to tire agent. Its now July 10, 2026 and we still have not revieved our refund for the tire that was defective that we returned and had to buy another tire local that wasn't bad. This has been an awful.experience ! Never use them. You have to jump through hoops for them to correct their mess up ! I have also filed a formal complaint with the BBB !!! SHAME ON YOU TIRE AGENT ! DO BETTER STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE

The tires And rims was what I was looking for and price was a little cheaper but now I realized why was couple bucks cheaper then other ans thats because they dont mount and balance the wheels before they ship and they ship the tires And then 2 rims and fee days later 2 more rims so if I knew that I would have order from other suppliers that ive purchased before and the TPS on here are a little more expensive then others and again only reason I purchased because I thought the wheels and tires were gonna be mounted and balance before shipped to me. And they offered me free lug nuts but since the rimes amd my van is an 8 lug they only sent me 23 lug nuts vs 32 and the wrong size didn't even fit the van...and I did reach out to customer service but never heard back..so because I like the rims and tires they why they look and are I gave you a 4 star otherwise I would have given a 2/3 for the rest.
