Prices for these tires was a little high for what I got(Sign of the times) and using Fed Ex, which keeps splitting the orders up, is a mistake. Another option would be UPS or DHL so tires show up at the same time

You sent me the wrong size for 2 of my tires. And now the return process. Instead of going ahead and sending me my other two that are the correct size even after visual confirmation you won't send me my correct tires until you get the yps return receipt but it may take 2 days to get the return shipping label. This is out of this world. Not super happy with this. Will still shop with you guys but this is unacceptable

They sent me the wrong brand, and wrong size and wouldn’t make it right!
They sent me the wrong brand, wrong size, wrong everything and refused to refund me or ship the correct tires until they picked up the incorrect ones, and they never picked up the incorrect ones. I contacted their customer service multiple times and they never resolved it. I ended up having to go through my bank to get it resolved.

You are obviously mistaken.” Ordering was very easy and they shipped right to my door with no hassle. Great tire for the money 20% cheaper than anywhere local.
