Im making an edit in regards to tire agents reply to my review. They gave me 10% off THE WRONG TIRES. I am still stuck with a product I DID NOT ORDER! Learn from my experience and take your hard earned money to a company that appreciates it. This is a follow up review that im making. I spent almost 3 weeks calling and calling trying to get a resolution on me receiving the wrong load range tires. After almost 3 weeks I finally got a call back and the resolution they come up with was a i keep the tires and they send me a 25$ gift card. So I did the only thing in my power and left a review about my experience. Within 2 hours I received a phone call apologizing for the first offer and they gave me a second offer of i keep the tires and they give me $100 gift card and a 5% discount code off my next purchase under the stipulations that I leave a better review. So im still stuck with a set of tires that didnt meet expectations and I have a gift card that I can only spend where they accept google/apple pay. In this updated review im giving a 2 star instead of 1 star only because the customer service lady seemed like she wanted to help but she didnt have the authority. I still highly recomend that you take your money else where.

The worst experience

The worst experience, I was just browsing for tires and they magically appeared in my door. I dont even have the car for this tires and they are not allowing me to return the tires even though they are new with tags. Another thing is that this tires are from 2024 old even though we are in 2026 so they are selling old tires.

We suggested you contact the finance company with which you signed an agreement to see whether they will allow you to return the tires to them, as we only allow returns within 30 days of delivery. No Communication

I ordered a set of tires from Tire Agent. I financed the tire from one of the finance companies. I received confirmation from the finance company that the loan was approved and that my first payment is due on Friday. I have never received confirmation from Tire Agent that the order was processed. I have no invoice to prove I am receiving the tires I am supposed to start paying for in 2 days. This is very unprofessional and quite sketchy. I want to cancel my order, but I don't have any documentation that I even have one. I recommend that everyone considering purchasing tires from this company be very cautious. Something is not right when a company fails to follow standard business practices by not providing an invoice for a product ordered from their company.

Scam- Sent me USED TIRES

Scam.. Tires orignally sent to a local installer from Tire Agent who had no ability to mount on my stock Mercedes rims. Forwarded tires to a 2nd local installer who mounted. Upon inspecton, installer advised me that my "new" tires were noticeably worn, and I advised onstaller to go ahead and mount since my prior tire were no longer serviceable. I communicated with Tire Agent directly about this matter who kept dragging my issue along for 3+ weeks. Tire agent finally responded witht he following "solution" (5% OFF FUTURE PURCHASE) ===== Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your claim, and I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We do not accept returns for items that have already been mounted. I know this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and I’m sorry about that. While I can’t process a return, I’d still like to offer a 5% discount code for your next purchase. There's no expiration date, and it can be applied to similar tires or help you save on an upgrade. Wrong tire size.

When I provided all the necessary information about my car, it returned only one available tire size. It would not let me change the size to the tire size that's been on my car for five years—very annoying. The tire size for my car, as listed by Tire Agent, was the initial size for my car at the time of purchase in 2017. That size limited the number and brands of tires I could purchase; none were of the quality or had the tread life that I wanted. In 2020, working with Tire Rack and my Toyota dealer, we found a tire of a different size that fit my needs far better. I've been running on those tires for almost six years. Tire Agent's site would only show the size that I found inferior and wouldn't allow me to input the size that I wanted.
