I am not able to get in my portal account,with no help from anyone.They keep referring me to portal,does not work for me since I opened account 2 days ago in store.The store is no help or 800 number, someone needs to resolve this My husband has account and referred me and can't even get his 50.00 referral money.I want district mgr to resolve., Shelbyville,Tn store

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They have misleading contracts they make it almost impossible for you to pay out the balance. Every payment you make toward a loan you are not paying anything toward the principal. The customer service agent within the store till you misleading information that is not correct. They are unwilling to talk to you and explain exactly why you can't pay the loan out or why you being charged on additional month before it's even due. I is very hard to access your account online. The consumer helpline don't answer. The corporate office is impossible for you to contact, cuz they do not answer the phone also. No other location or store can assist you with another store account. I would suggest you never ever take out a loan with these loan sharks. I will give this rating to be negative negative 0.

I was not given a payment schedule or even an amount for my first payment. Supposedly a computer problem. Then when I went back in to get assistance on getting on the portal the manager was very rude, handing me a sticky note with a phone number and saying they don’t deal with portal issues. Very poor customer service!

Don’t you ever get a Lona from these demons. They charge very HIGH interest and they think they own your car when you only asked for a loan. My car was “paid off” and because I couldn’t pay the loan they repossessed the car as if they owned it. They are EViL so whatever you do DO NOT DEAL with them.This is one of the worst things I have ever done. And, I have never done things to get myself in trouble but dealing with these nasty people are one of the worst. Whatever you do do not deal with them 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻If I could give them ZERO ⭐️ I would they are the scum of the earth
