Easy to integrate into support workflow
Great service and makes it very easy to integrate a toll free number into a support workflow. Really liked the feature of the tool to send a recording of the voicemail left if the call hasn't been answered in an email.

Beware of scammers!
Beware of scammers! After you register your credit card for the so-called "Free Trial" and instead of providing the promised phone number, they ask you to provide documents that were not mentioned before entering your card details. Moreover, the "Free Trial" subscription cannot be cancelled, so your card will be charged the full amount anyway!

We are sorry the number type you selected was not available for instant activation. While most number types are instantly available, some number types do require additional documentation and carrier review. That information is stated on our website when requesting the number and before any personal information is provided to set up the account. And yes, the Free Trial/Account can be cancelled. You may cancel any number on your account at any time through the portal and if you wish to close your account entirely you simply need to contact us by either phone or email. As soon as a customer requests their account to be cancelled we follow through on that request. Also if there are no active numbers on your account you will not be charged as there is no service being offered. Multiple wrong number calls
I am getting wrong number calls several times a month. I assume that this is because I now have a number that belonged to another person previously. Yes, you warned me about this. But it's a bit annoying. You know?

Free trial turned into unwanted charges and scam
I signed up for a free trial with this company. The service didn’t work very well during the trial, so I didn’t use it again. A year later, I discovered they had been charging my card every month even though I hadn’t touched the service in 12 months. Even more concerning, shortly after signing up, another suspicious company (which seems to be linked to them) also started billing my card without my consent. This company’s practices are unethical — charging people for unused services and seemingly connected to shady or scammy operations. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

After you utilized your free trial you were billed in accordance with the pricing plan you selected as per our terms and conditions.
