Easy, straight forward system to use. Handy features like being able to keep the call bouncing from number to number until the call is picked up. Call recording is also a really handy feature.

Organized scam calls to our number to increase charges
After we signed up to have a company phone number, we noticed that every few days at one point during the evening we received dozens of calls ALL AT THE SAME TIME, from dozens of countries. The first one we picked up and it was a guy looking for another company. While we talked I heard dozens of calls coming in with dozens of text messages left about the missed calls. It was a weird conversation, obviously rehearsed on his part. TollFreeForwarding charged us for picking up the call. This happened many times during our time with this company. It is such a BLATANT SCAM, I have no idea why we did not cancel earlier. We only lost a few dollars since we never picked up when the flurry of calls came in but imagine a larger operation where this would go unnoticed for so long. It drives up their income nicely but it is just plain stealing.

After review of your account we show very limited calls, a total of 11 calls during a 10 month period with no more than 3 calls in any given month. We do not even support text messages so you must be mistaken. We take our customer satisfaction very seriously, if at any time you or any other customer feels there is an issue we are available to help. Sometimes you may receive wrong number calls, which happens with ALL phone numbers, no mater where you purchase the number. We are more than happy help you in any way we can, we can block callers or even provide you with a new number.
