PANIC TO feeling very happy and at ease
Had a ton of questions and my service representative for the music generator AI, Kathy helped me so greatly I was panicked about things and she just really made me feel at ease and did a wonderful job! I appreciate it and look forward to continuing my service with topmediai.com not to mention they really got a great music AI though ive not used it for lyrics I absolutely love using it to put my lyrics to sound. A great product and even better…
A great product and even better customer support. The product does what I needed perfectly and made it much easier for me to create the content I wanted. I inadvertently signed up for multiple subscriptions which I did not realize immediately. I reached out to customer support. They were responsive and flexible about making adjustments to my multiple accounts and charges to date. They communicated clearly all the way. Highly recommend! Ada is awesome and made it all so easy!

Had a small problem with a new subscription, emailed the support team nd had a response within 24hours with a resolution thank you Joel for your help! Edit: After being asked to do a review from my first issue, I had a second issue after paying for more credit and its been 3 days and the only response I had was today which was basically ,"try again later". But it's still not working. Not really happy about this.

Be careful, they will start of friendly but then make it difficult
DO NOT USE Initially, the service was very helpful, and they even provided credits when I encountered issues. However, after my subscription renewal, I began experiencing problems, such as a strange Suno ad appearing in my song generations. When I requested the code to cancel my subscription, instead of addressing my request, the service billed me unexpectedly for another subscription, even though I hadn’t reached my renewal date. This clearly indicates fraudulent practices! EDIT: They did refund me, however still not happy with the service provided due to the hassle and issues

GOOD TUNES, REALLY BAD VOCAL SEPARATION
The actual AI for coming up with tunes to lyrics was fairly good. The separation of music from vocals was VERY POOR. You can still hear the vocals coming through. Your programmers need to write code that actually creates two seperate tracks one for vocals and one for music with the option of having them separate or together and the option of being able to download each one either separately or together. For someone who cannot write or record music but can write lyrics, this is essential. This is why I decided to stop my subscription. You also need a "Stop My Account" section on your site as I had to write an email to be able to stop my account...a fella named JOEL helped me with this. I will probably check abck now and then to see if anything has improved...

Need a laugh?Top Mediali is a joke. In reading other reviews it seems many have same experience. They are non responsive and experts at finally “ they are sorry for any inconveniences”. Their response is boiler plate and further communication with them continues to generate an apology, but no effort to,address a question or a problem. Very very exasperating
