TopmediaAI is a nice platform, notably concerning the function "Voice Cloning" : it is one of the few I know that allows to reuse indefinitely the same cloned voice for new speeches.
👉 Even though, there are little variations with the sound of voice between different sequences, even with the same cloned voice.
An another nice feature to be added would be to adjust the duration of the speech that will be created with a text.
The customer service is very reactive, that is nice to face the system sending confirmation codes that seems to bug sometimes. Thank you especially to Joel.

All though I made a mistake TopMediai (Lydia, Support Specialist) did not hesitated to help me out and offered me a refund for failing to cancel my subscription. It was very professional and friendly.

The company is a fraud, they advertise 8 minute songs, but it cuts off after @ 3:00-4:00 minutes, missing out verses and choruses.
I contacted support and they just gaslit me, making excuses and refused to fix the bug and refund my credits, so I have cancelled the account and requested a refund under the 30 day money back guarantee.

Iris provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable about the entirety of the program, I didn't feel like I was being scammed by some random stranger overseas either. They went into full detail about my rights as a creator and let me know that all of my original lyrics are protected as my intellectual property. It made me feel a lot safer and encouraged me to continue creating music with lyrics that move people to their core.
