Inconsistent Customer Support
I experienced significant inconsistency in the information provided by the customer support team. Responses from the same representative were not always cohesive and, at times, provided contradictory details regarding the plan's terms and credit allocation.
Misrepresented Plan Details and Credit Confusion
The plan was initially advertised as “AI Video Generation – $109 / Permanent.” This offer was later clarified to represent an allocation of 1,000 credits (estimated to cover approximately 100 videos).
The actual credit allocation process was highly confusing:
Initially, 100 credits were added, with another 100 added the following month.
I was advised to utilize the first 100 credits, as they were supposedly non-permanent, yet they ultimately rolled over to the next month.
The confusion peaked in the third month when the "Privileges" section displayed the confusing status: Lifetime Plan Expiration Date: Unlimited Video Repair Available: 100/100.
Upon contacting support for clarification, I was informed that the full 1,000 credits had been granted and were simultaneously marked as “Used Up.” This contradicts a prior month’s display of Lifetime Plan Expiration Date: 2025-10-02 Expired Video Repair Available: 0/10 and the displayed current available repair credits. Support’s only definitive response was that the 1,000 credits were used, without providing context for the display discrepancies.
I suspect this issue may be related to a change in the AI video generation cost (e.g., from “10 credits per generation regardless of lenses” to “10 credits per lens”), but the reported usage still does not align with my actual consumption. Due to the complete lack of a clear record showing how the 1,000 credits were utilized, I am formally requesting a detailed usage statement via email.
Critical Lack of Clarity on Commercial Usage
I recently learned, only after purchase, that certain AI cover and voice features included in the plan are not available for commercial use. Had this significant restriction been clearly disclosed as a prerequisite to purchase, I would have undoubtedly reconsidered investing in this specific plan.

Their 30-Day Money back guarantee is a fake marketing gimmick, they will never refund you and I'm speaking from personal experience. The tool did not function as intended and is far lower quality than initially sold or anticipated.

Very disappointed with the text-to-speech as it is not made explicit that using the pro-voices cost 5 times as many characters as normal voices and most of the voices are so called 'pro' voices with only 3 or 4 being normal voices. It's pretty scammy glad I only got a 1 week trial and didn't lay down big money on this thing.
EDIT: I have seen the reply but this is indeed your policy. It is called deceptive marketing . You charge a price for a service but in realty the actual price you charge is much higher than advertised when one starts using the service. 95 percent of the voices in text to speech are so called pro voices, leaving only very few, poor quality voices available at the advertised price. My advice to you is that this is not a business model which will gain you long term dominance in this market place.

You pay to create the songs and own their rights, you pay to save them — but you can’t download them. Because once your plan expires, you can no longer download the songs you paid to create, nor the license.
Since you paid to create and save them, it should be your right to download both (the song and the license).
I’m really disappointed about this. I created several songs, took a break from my subscription, and when I tried to download my songs to use them, I found out I couldn’t. It feels like I bought something I can’t actually use.
All the other AI music generators I’ve used never had this kind of restriction!

The AI makes OK music. But the algorithm is made that always at least half of the song is bad.
Therefore, if you don't own a proper DAW and have the skill the cut, sample, tune, and rework the sounds this ain't for you.
Beside that, your credits will expire after a out 2 month after cancelling subscription which is wired either it's an unlimited subscription or a credit system but both and nothing that seems to be complicated.
The second star it got cause it is easy in unsubscribe.

I was looking for an AI product for musical brainstorming and tried TopMediai AI Music Generator. The generated musical ideas are impressive — in every 10–15 tracks, there’s usually one that could serve as a strong starting point for producing top-quality music.
However, without proper export options, these ideas can’t be used in professional music production. I discussed my concerns with their helpful customer service representative, Lydia, and received a full refund.
I’ll definitely come back if TopMediai AI Music Generator introduces proper MIDI export that can be used in a DAW with virtual instruments.
