The app promises free voice cleaning, at least for testing, but you can’t actually do anything. When you try to create audio, it only shows paid plans and asks you to buy one. I wanted to make a test audio for sound cleaning, which was supposed to be included in the free plan — but it doesn’t work. I just don’t understand why mislead users — it’s not about the money, I simply don’t want to deal with shady services.

Don’t waste your money… tried multiple time to create a simple video, consumed the credits and never produced the video… 5 second long video and sat processing for hours each time. Other platforms did the task in under a minute. Buyer beware!

I was having a difficult time trying to figure out how to unsubscribe to the AI music generator program. I have been a subscriber to Topmedia for nearly a year now. Without question, it is the best AI platform out there across so many dynamics, and crucially, It has the best customer service to boot. I have had quite a few general, technical and subscription issues, and have had all of these problems resolved by the Topmedia AI customer service team promptly and efficiently, with one agent in particular, a lady called Rebecca really going the extra yards regularly for me.

I tried Topmediai briefly and purchased what I believed was a one-week plan (“Topmediai Text to Speech Online – 1-Week Plan Lip Sync Video”). I did not knowingly sign up for an ongoing subscription. The auto-renew language is buried in tiny, low-contrast text at the bottom of a crowded pricing page, while the main headline talks about a 1-week plan. Over time, multiple renewals ran that I didn’t notice right away, in part because the charges showed up on my statement as a different Chinese company name (深圳麦风科技有限公司), not “Topmediai.” I also never received any reminder emails before renewals. As soon as I realized what was happening, I cancelled and contacted support. They refused to refund all of the charges, only offering partial refunds and repeatedly telling me to “contact your payment provider” instead of taking responsibility. I’m sharing this so others know to be extremely careful. Read every line of the fine print and double-check how the merchant name will appear on your statement before you sign up.
