My experience with this company was trash. I was paying for a subscription and the companies policy changed. A filter was added to text to speech without notification. I tried to cancel services for it, Believed I had canceled my script however, I was still charged, so I reached out to support. Support told me they would only refund half, and I would get to keep my credits. They did refund half and I wasnt given the credits I paid for. This entire experience from your policy change, without warning or even a mention, then unable to cancel, then reaching out to your poor customer service to receive half a refund and being told i would still have credits when i do not is trash.

This site is hard to manage for me, everything functions like ads. Jumping from page to page, many tabs.

I wish it had been as reliable as many others said. However, that was not my experience. Several issues, including. 1. Even though I referenced a certain voice (male baritone) I wanted, I often got a song that was sung by a female voice. 2. Often, songs were shortened or the final lyrics were simply cut off, making the song worthless. 3. When certain instruments were requested, they often weren't used in the songs creation. When you add up these issues, many of my 500 credits were quickly used up for worthless songs. The company representative advised she was not allowed to add credits back to my account.
A quick update...TopMedia responded to this review with NO apology, but instead gave me this response: "We will optimize our product to meet your needs. Would you mind deleting the previous review that you left for us? Shouldn't their AI driven product be optimized before they offer it and charge for it?

I have been writing song lyrics for several years and topmediai music generator is not only giving me the ability to use my lyrics to create songs, but also helping me improve my writing skills.
