Effective support team and business model with limited downside
I have to start with the customer service; their team is great and at points have gone above and beyond to help me reach solutions. They don't always get back to you quickly but once they do, you can be sure your issue will be resolved. They are kind and handle things professionally. Topstep X is a great platform that works well and is user friendly. My biggest issue with topstep is easily the constant need to change the rules, for whatever reason the payout policy and pricing is always changing and unfortunately not for the better either. Consistency with the rules also helps make consistent traders which is what they always preach. The pricing has jumped and the payout cap has decreased which has really been disappointing. Topstep was the best in the game at one point but now they are just another prop firm with excellent customer service. The discord support is always very helpful as well. Lastly, they need the dash board to update a little quicker and that would be great.
