From a novice trader, with a flair for account blowup artistry, I am amazed at the level of support at TopStep.com. Especially with account cancellations that would have otherwise been very costly. Good news is, I am starting to get a foothold on this trading thing. I figured out what was hindering me... it is me. TopStep has helped because it's the least expensive and the payouts fair. Trust me, I've blown up too many accounts to go somewhere else at a higher rate.
Great firm, secure and fast payout
Take my money after I cancelled subscription. I cancelled before billing date still taking money. Contact support it doesn’t seem they understand English. I told them the transaction was completed they still told me to wait for bank to finish processing even I said ITS COMPLETED. I contacted them again doesn’t seem like they will respond. A lot of people face to same issues
Good, trustworthy customer service who tries to help and not avoid work. I have used other prop firms where they do everything possible to not actually investigate an issue *cough apex cough*
Very easy and simple payout process. You only could skip trust approving after 1st payout. But great prop firm.
Explanation and advise for what I was asking
I’ve had a really good experience with Topstep. What I appreciate most is that the Trading Combine has helped me become more disciplined and patient with my trading instead of feeling like I have to force trades every day. I also really enjoy using TopstepX. The platform is easy to navigate, and I like having the tools I need to manage my risk and focus on following my strategy. Like any trading platform, there can occasionally be technical issues, but what matters to me is how a company communicates and works to resolve them. Overall, my experience with Topstep has been positive, and I feel like their program gives traders an opportunity to develop consistency, learn proper risk management, and prove that their strategy works. If you’re willing to be patient, follow the rules, manage your risk, and actually treat trading like a business, I think Topstep is a great place to do it.
I didnt understand the situation at all. But Diamond made sure i didnt leave without knowing how the whole process worked and what the situation was. in the most respectful way.

I was on a call l with Jesus from topstep about a refund on some subscriptions I forgot to cancel, and they got me all the money back which I’m really happy with, and just wanted to say that Jesus from stopstep was really helpful and patient with me on walking through how to cancel them, amazing guy:)
Topstep is not a good trading platform. Topstep goal is to control and manage people. I would rather go to Tradingview where they trust the traders. Also Tradingview have better indicators to help the traders.

Really bad! I got billed $150USD for an combine account i dont have. I only have 1 express and today they billed me $150 for and combine that i dont have. i tried to talk to the support but no answer from Windy for hours. They steal your money for no reason.
Payout received via bank wire — everything as promised I've tried several prop firms over the years, and so far my experience with Topstep has been positive. From the evaluation to the funded account, everything went smoothly, with no friction at any stage. When I requested my payout, it was processed and arrived via bank wire without any issues or delays. They delivered what they promised, which unfortunately isn't a given in this industry. I'll update this review as I go through more payout cycles, to give an even more complete picture of how they operate. So far: recommended.
Unfortunately, TopStep X Futures have Changed for the worse. I have been with them for a number of years and the online trading team are good but the behind the seen and financial department are Shocking . I paid for 2 challenges less then 2 weeks ago around the 27th July . They took payment for the evals at the time but then this week have taken another unauthorized payment from my Bank and now they are trying to take another payment . I email Topstep and got a lady called Jacinta I explained fully that they have taken 3 payments in 2 weeks and they are trying to take another payment forth , Jacinta told me not to worry this was normal. She was absolutely Useless and did not care that basically I have been overcharged. I contacted my bank immediately and stopped all payments to Topstep. They have tried to take another payment today but my Bank blocked them . It really sad that this Company used the be in the Top 3, But now definitely dropped out of the Top 10 I will now look for a More trusted company that has honesty & integrity and I can trust with my bank details. Be Very Careful with Topstep x.
I had some issues with my bank account. Because of some miscommunication with Topstep they blocked my accounts. After I started a chat with the company, they offered a suitable solution.
Khyleal with TopStep is great! I need help with some administrative concerns and they were addressed immediately. I definitely love being a TopStep trader and hope to continue with them in the future.Having employees like Khyleal address my issues and concerns immediately makes me want to continue being with them in the long term.
