Today, I called into Topstep support and received some of the best support service from Neke. She was patient while I explained the reason for my call and she answered my question (s) in a very professional and helpful manner.
There seems to be an under current of bad billing. I had an email saying that accounts had been double charged for more than 6 weeks ! How can a supposedly reputable company let this happen ?! and for that length of time ? I await my refunds with intrepid anticipation.

right before i was ready to submit a payout on my 5 express accounts they sent me an email that i am on a live account now and all my express accounts are locked and can't make the payout anymore ,how is that fair?? you should pay the traders first and then invite them to live , how do i trust you anymore if stuff like this is happening

Topstep debited my account out of nowhere with no prior notice. When confronted, they claimed it was a "delayed charge" from months ago. Even after admitting the issue was on their end, they offered zero compensation or resolution for the headache caused. Very disappointing customer service and questionable billing practices. Be careful with your payment details.

The worst prop firm ever they charged me for 10 accounts that I didn’t now even purchased and they are claiming that the issue was with the merchant that were charging the payments who charges after 20 days and for what I have not even purchased.

I am disappointed with Topstep. Before I started withdrawing any money from them, I was an aggressive loser and they did not take any measures. After I started earning some money, they started with the psychological tricks and obstacles that prevent you from being successful. They changed the terms of the accounts that I could trade or in order to protect me from losses. This was the funniest thing. While I was a loser, everything was fine and after I started withdrawing money, they took care to protect me from losses and changed the terms of the accounts. This is very frivolous and I do not recommend this prop company. There are other companies with much better terms and cheaper accounts and fast payouts.
