Extremely disappointing experience with Topstep’s verification process — requesting a proper review of my case
I am extremely disappointed with how my situation has been handled by Topstep. After completing the required steps, providing my personal information, completing the KYC process, and following all verification requirements, my account was restricted because of an issue during the facial recognition step.
The problem was not related to my identity or my information. During the face verification, my browser was not allowing camera access, so the camera was not working properly. My husband helped me troubleshoot the browser permissions so the camera could function. This assistance was only to resolve a technical issue, not to bypass any verification requirement or misrepresent my identity.
My account information, personal details, documents, and verification data belong to me. I am the legitimate owner of the account, and I have nothing to hide. If there is any doubt, I am fully willing to complete a live verification with a Topstep representative at any time to prove my identity and clarify what happened.
What is most frustrating is that my case appears to have been decided without giving me a fair opportunity to explain the circumstances. A technical problem with a browser camera should not automatically be treated as fraudulent activity without considering the full context.
I am asking Topstep’s Trust & Safety team or a senior representative to please review my case again. I believe this situation deserves a human review, not just an automated decision based on a verification event.
I chose Topstep because I trusted the company and its reputation. I hope someone from the team will take the time to look at the complete situation and give me the opportunity to resolve this properly.

They cancel my data lvl 2 in middle of subription without reason mamy tome and in most case without refund or even fix it
There is a lot of bug on platform, freezing, sl and tp doesnt week sometime, massive slippage and delay only against you not in both side so…
In almost all case you just need to buy new account so its not fair but i get few payouts so its legit
Also there was always 100 usd extra buffer in balance but they change it to 0 (and its ok) but without any info
When proce cross tp its doesnt work sometime and its normal but with sl when price even doesnt touch it the trade is close many time

If their platform freezes they don’t take accountability for it. They will make you take all the losses. You pay for the service they have no repercussions if they don’t deliver. Just be warned.
