I've been trading with Topstep for quite a while, and today I had several questions about my account after the new dashboard migration and the Topstep Labs release. Bruno took the time to answer every question thoroughly instead of just pointing me to the Help Center. When we discovered my legacy passed Trading Combines weren't showing in the new dashboard, he escalated the issue to the Level 2 team. They restored all four of my passed Combines to my account and confirmed they are ready whenever I choose to activate them. Along the way, they also clarified several policy questions about passed Trading Combines, activation, and how the system works—information that wasn't obvious from the documentation. I really appreciated the professionalism, transparency, and willingness to investigate instead of making assumptions. That level of customer support gives me confidence that Topstep stands behind its traders. Thank you to Bruno and the Level 2 team for the excellent support.

Been with Topstep for a few years now. Have had only one payout, but still improving. Not where I want to be yet, but trust me that I'll be there soon for sure. It's been quite a journey. I've jumped around a bit from time to time, but almost always have maintained an account with them. In my opinion, definitely one of the best. Always fair and decently fast customer service. Excellent payout structure and bonus incentives as you grow. No tricky rules, no denied payouts. They really want the trader to succeed. And now they've been able to get on board with instant payouts as well. Love the TopstepX platform. Based on TradingView, very smooth, well-known tools and functionality. Used to use NT, but really like TopstepX much more now. Even when I occasionally jump to another prop firm, I always quickly come back to Topstep. Just my opinion, but I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Thanks for all the hard work and continue to make this a place for traders to thrive!

When you make a significant profit on…

When you make a significant profit on your account and are ready to request a payout, they transfer you to a Live Account. However, the conditions on the Live Account are much worse than on the Express Account. This is something traders should be aware of before choosing this company. The conditions can change significantly once you reach the payout stage, which can be very disappointing after putting in the effort to build a large profit.

Answered all of my questions. Good customer service in my experience and I have not had any trouble with this firm so far in general. For futures trading the rules are fair and clear among other good reputable firms. The only thing I wish they would allow is trade copying for when you get transitioned into live trading and a multiplier for their in house copy trader.

These guys at TOPSTEP are the best in the business I’ve been here almost 3 years soon They’re looking out for their traders for real, even went that far that are giving people discounts for combines with mandatory 3/4 of the MLL , this really helped me a lot since I am a wild one, hitting MLL and losing the combines without this option,so I could have another try to it If u are not making it here, ceck yourself , it is not them Dft

Excellent Support and Fair Resolution!

​I recently experienced a technical glitch on the platform where a small loss incorrectly triggered a Maximum Loss Limit violation, which closed my 100K account. I reached out to the support team and provided my screenshots. Rob and the Engineering Team took my case seriously, thoroughly investigated the issue, and confirmed it was a system error. They promptly reopened my account and fully restored my correct loss limit buffer. It is incredibly refreshing to work with a prop firm that is transparent, fair, and actually resolves technical issues instead of sending automated rejections.
