Horrible company. Me and my husband traded with them. We bought large accounts and while working to pass them, they said we were both banned. No shady trading, no rules broken, they just said we were sharing profiles or something. What?! If two people can’t live in the same household while trading with your company, say that! Don’t just take propke’s money!
XFA rules are against the trader MLL goes to 0$ after first payout! But they dont remind you of that. They say Good job keep trading! Then do it again. True Let Down MP

Please be warned before giving your money to Topstep! Buying a Combine account is super fast and easy. I paid with my own Visa, and all my legal documents and ID matched my account perfectly. Everything went smoothly while I was paying them. I traded by the rules, reached a $10,000 profit, and met all conditions for a payout. But the moment I requested my hard-earned money, the nightmare began. Topstep suddenly demanded a re-KYC. I fully complied. After, they sent an email stating my account was PERMANENTLY LOCKED and my $10,000 was confiscated. Their excuse? They claimed "a man was nearby manipulating/assisting" during the KYC video. This is absolutely unbelievable and inhumane! I am a PREGNANT WOMAN. My mobility is currently limited. My husband and child were simply in our home, walking past the camera or helping me physically adjust the camera angle. There was zero trading manipulation! To make matters perfectly clear: my husband DOES NOT even have a Topstep account! If their rules are so insanely strict that family members cannot even breathe in the same room, WHY WAS THERE NO WARNING DURING THE INITIAL KYC? Why didn't they flag this when I first started the evaluation? Worst of all, they gave me absolutely ZERO chance to explain or prove my innocence. They coldly stated they were closing my account and explicitly said they would ignore any further communication from me. The truth is obvious: They will happily take your evaluation fees, but the moment you make a $10k profit, they will nitpick the most absurd, petty detail to deny your payout and then silence you. Zero prior warnings. Zero chance to explain. Stay away from Topstep unless you want to work for free!

I love topstep I have been trading with topstep for the last 4 years , I love how consistent and fair they have been , yet I do not like the pay out rules they have added , they have cut it down to a 2k max cap from the 50 when all accounts use to be 5k cap which is really good and then i also do not like how you have to get back to the same amount you had before taking another payout , i kind of get it but at the same time this does not make it better on traders , we need room to breathe and do what we want with the money we make , i understand its sim funded but still , all in all i am still very grateful to everything they have accomplished and let us achieve
