perfect system, BUT. if price moves fast, the chart data stops. Well, its hard to load that thing anyway if u are a profitable trader try topstep first and go to ninjatrader or something like tradovate. This is great firm for beginners and profitable traders too.

Very bad payout experience with them

Very bad payout experience with them. They claim they have already sent the funds to Wise, but it seems that Wise has been holding the payment indefinitely. I have no idea what is actually happening, why the payment is being held, or how long this is supposed to take. The lack of transparency and clear communication from both sides has made this a very frustrating experience.

One thing you want in a platform is user experience. Topstep provides an end to end turnkey solution to futures trading that allows almost everyone to participate in the market. Although other platforms exist, I always find there's a plug in or several applications I have to be involved in to make it work. This is different. Topstep allows you to buy into their program and start trading virtually right away with no additional software or applications needed. They've got an entire platform that spans out from their trading app as well with instructional videos not only on how to use their software but live streams that help you to learn to trade as well. The charts have modular widgets and everything just seems to work as it should, so you can put your trades in, provide stops and even self-imposed programmable limits on both earnings and losses. Settings galore, but never feels overwhelming - and that's the secret ingredient. Finally, the system - it seems fair and accessible. I think of it like a job interview, and if you get the job, you can start to bring in a performance based income that Topstep handles as well with direct deposits, set up inside of their programming. Full service, end to end, turnkey futures trading solution with a great user experience.

Topstep is the leader in the prop space for a reason. A lot of the complaints people have come from the more disciplined structure that is set in place to cultivate traders. Most retail traders do not innately demonstrate this level of discipline voluntarily. Now with the fastest payouts, and the clearest rules I believe they are the undisputed leader in the prop space. The customer service was my biggest complaint due to the time of response, now that is even better. I highly recommend if you want to become a professional trader

Horrible prop firm

Horrible prop firm, Got a topstep live account after months of hard work. Countless payouts and first they notify me saying they’ll pay out my entire balance and I have to start on combines, few minutes later I get another email saying I will be moved to RTP program instead, then another email saying I’ll be called down to shoulder tap xfa, finally the last email saying I’m banned because of fraud? So now I’m frauding after I had taken over 20+ payouts from you and I almost blew the live account. Makes sense.

How did the platform become worse

How did the platform become worse? The “slippage” is skewed to where losing stop losses cause significant loss well beyond the defined stop. Even stop losses near breakeven also cause losses. I literally opened Tradovate and trade the same chart, same timeframe and made a profit. Forcing traders to only use topstep x is….interesting.

Topstep is the best Prop Trading…

Topstep is the best Prop Trading platform. I accidentally used a reset I had available and reset an account I was up. I made over 35pts on a trade. So I reached out to Windy and asked to speak to a human. I got assistance from Stefan, who reviewed the account. He brought back my account. Thank you, Topstep.

Topstep has been a very good prop firm…

Topstep has been a very good prop firm that's been around the longest. They have a training program and live TV every day. They actually invited me to be on there live TV but I don't think I'm good enough to be on there. There trading platform is very very good. It was buggy at first but now they corrected it. Highly recommend trading with these guys. I been trading with topstep since 02/25/25 consistently. I have gotten three payouts so far.
