I placed an order on 01/01/2026 of an Hirono carpet and mug, about a week or so without any news I sent an email asking for information. Got no response, two days later the mug got sent and I received it, but the carpet still hasn’t been sent and I’ve emailed them again and again, also tried through instagram and still no response. Pour costumer service, no communication. I want a refund for the carpet but if nobody responds, I don’t know what I can do. Don’t recommend this store.
I bought a Skullpanda set and didn't received any shipping information. After 2 weeks I messaged the customer service about my order and after some time they told me the listing was removed due to damage. But they wouldn't even have told me if I hadn't asked.
Now I'm hoping for a refund.
I've already placed 12 orders from Toptoyland. Authenticity and friendly customer service are the reasons I always choose them. If you're looking for blind boxes, this is definitely the best place to get them at a discount.
Shipping took a while. Perhaps it's due to international shipping. I'm not sure. The plush toy I ordered arrived in perfect condition and I'm very satisfied.
I love all the deals they have going on! I've bought two blind box Macaron Series, and the one I've received so far is amazing quality and well worth the $56.99.
