I having been trying to return a unopened item within the 14 day return policy window. Your return webpage box does not work. I sent two messages through the Toronata webpage to get a RAN number through your chat box with no answer. Awful customer service!
the item was great quality but i received the incorrect item. there is no number to speak to someone directly. i left 2 emails to send the correct item. obviously, we have now missed Christmas.
Two weeks went by with no shipping and customer service doesn't respond to inquiries.
Paid for express shipping, its now 10 days after it ships and they are telling me to wait..The customer support is a joke. They use AI to handle any chat and its almost impossible to get a human response. The refund page is full of errors. "7/24" support? Not here.
I put an oder on 11/15/2025 for a Samsung galaxy s25 ultra phone case and they send me a tiny phone case. I'm trying to reach out to them,but still no luck. I would like someone from Toronata to help me fix this issue please. I sent an email and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. 2nd part( today's date. 12-20-2025) Still waiting and nobody has responded. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I do not recommend this website. I lost my money with them.
Absolutely horrible experience. The wallet i ordered said it was delivered to Kansas City USA when I ordered it from Sweden and put in the right shipping address and everything. No response from them whatsoever, complete rip off.
I’m very disappointed with the shipping process. About 3 weeks after my order I didn’t receive any feedback. I’ve called the company representative and he told me the he just got the information the the package was lost. I suspect that they didn’t send it at all. Two days later I got a notification by mail that the package was sent. The order was placed on September 28th. Now it’s October 27th and the package is still on its way
They sent me the wrong order. The order slipped on the inside was obviously to someone in New Hampshire instead of my address in South Carolina. The only way to get in touch with them was through (E-mail) and I emailed them and also tried to contact them through the Shop app and never heard anything back from them at all and there doesn’t seem to be any other way to get in touch with them. I tried to buy a very expensive leather phone case and instead just got a piece of leather which was meant for some other reason.
I am super satisfied with the leather phonecase I bought from Toronata for my Galaxy S23+ ! Thank you.
Bought a wallet and delivered wrong product so I had to contact customer service. They were prompt in responding and quickly replaced the right product as soon as possible. Great quality of material and product actually.
When I received my iPhone case, the outside colour was correct but the inside colour was absolutely not!!! I have sent to multiple emails asking what Toronto was going to do to fix this for 1.5 weeks now with no response. I will not purchase from here again and I do not recommend this product
Well their Customer service is non-existent! They sent me the wrong product a week late after having paid for expedited shipping. Still no response after several emails... I'm stuck having paid $100+ for a product I can't even use.
The company never shipped the product. I emailed their customer service email with no response. It shows that a label was created but nothing has shipped for over 3 weeks.
Everything went very smoothly. The faux leather blotter looks great and goes well with my office desk.
I ordered the Dark Green Foldable Eyeglass case, but my glasses were a tight fit; however, my husband’s glasses fit in the case just fine, but he preferred the Gray color, so I emailed the company asking if I could make an exchange. It was going to cost $15.00 to do that. Erdi Balta, the owner, offered to send me the gray color at a cost of $20.00, and I didn’t even have to return the dark green case. Let me say that again. I didn’t have to return the dark green case, so my husband now has two cases. I was absolutely floored. Who does that nowadays? I highly recommend Toronata.
