on the 12th July 2026 they took £149 from my bank account even though I cancelled the auto renewal no email or nothing, as soon I saw my online banking that they'd taken the money I requested a refund which they acknowledged they sent an emailed me on the 13/7/27 to say they had authorised the refund. Its now nearly the end of the month, after many emails which I am sure they don't read and ringing my bank this £149 is in Cyberspace!!!! Totalav say's the money has left their account and there is no way they can get it back and my bank saying they haven't got it and I certainly haven't got it. It's now well over 10 working days and every reply to my emails are saying the same thing, if the money hasn't reached your bank account contact your bank as they are at fault? To say I am pee'd off is an understatement. Avoid this company they pinch your money without your authorisation tell you they've refunded it but its still in Cyberspace and no way of getting it back

Expensive auto renewal feea
The product is good, but their annual renewal process is not reliable and if you do not do it properly, the price is way too expensive. €165 vs €33. Their customer response is also too slow.
