toucan hobby does not return precustomer emails. I do not know how they work if you try to order something from them. But I'm trying to become a customer and they won't respond to my emails very ignorant and upsetting, they're going to lose my business now I won't spend anything there, I was going to build a $1200 tank, but since it's so hard to get any customer help from anyone i'll have to spend my money somewhere else!!!!
I paid more to order directly through Toucan thinking I would get the car faster. I check there’s shipping faqs and they stated they go out within a couple days and arrive within 10-15. It took 2-3 weeks to ship this car and another 15 days to get it. Order through AliExpress where the car is cheaper and not from ToucanRC’s store on Ali

Everything came on time or before. Shipping time is usually 15 days from China. No hidden fees and even though it is always difficult to connect with someone overseas they always answer. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for rc construction equipment. Very trustworthy.

Scammers, sold me a crappy equipment that wont even move, full of defects, leaking oil everywhere, refuse to send a replacement even when i told them i would pay for all the shipping fees for the return, promised parts that never arrived, after 30 days they didn't care anymore, file a claim as fast as you can, dont trust them
