The supporter was locked in on a pre-trained agenda and didn't really respond to the information given by me. It ended by referring the case to email handling and that was good.

Mirei was fabulously patient and knowledgable

On Saturday I made a mistake and reset my router. It took me a good couple of hours to realise I didn't have the skills or the knowledge to get it up and running again. After getting no help from my internet provider, I called TP Link and got Mirei. Mirei was amazing, she was extremely helpful and patient in walking me through the set up process and even though I had no idea what I was doing, the router was up and running again in a remarkably quick time. Thank you so much Mirei for your help.

TP Link support call for an access point issue…

The questions asked during the support call were simple and clear. Once the issue was determined to be with the hardware a replacement was arranged

I have had a TP-Link Power line unit failure

I have had a TP-Link Power line transmitter and two repeaters purchased a few years ago, they have worked well over that period, however, recently i relocated one of the two repeaters AV600 and then it did not work. Not help found online so i contacted the supposed support lines and the response was totally unhelpful. Basically it appears that they do not understand what the problem is and all they want to do is get me to buy a brand new set up. They subsequently sent me a check sheet which although detailed, offered not help, probably because the technicians lacked any expertise. This boils down to an example of the Dunning-Kruger theory where the capability of those offering help is limited by their limited capability and knowledge, so you are fobbed off with very limited useful help. It is lucky that the system I purchased came with TWO transmitter's but I only have one now. So be careful of who you use.

Quick resolution offered, but not quite

Roezelle helped me out with a fairly quick resolution to my query. But upon further follow up, I struggled with the consultant to get to listen to what I was asking for. My issue did not get resolved. I will try again later.

Great product line and customer support

I am so happy I chose TP switches and plugs for my home over other brands. I have reached out several times for support and the response time was fast and support assistance was professional. Solutions are always offered and directions easy to follow. My most recent experience was with Hayden who helped me extend the time a motion light stayed on before turning off.
