Smooth help from two agents and even if the 1st one ended his/her shift it was a smooth transition. And also as it took some time for me to answer and I was deconnected from chat, I got the same person helping me when I came on again.
Alec was very helpful but, despite his efforts, we failed to get the UB6A to work. The decision was it was faulty and I was offered a return.
Ivan was quick to respond to my enquiry and was patient with me. Query was fixed within minutes and extender back to working great. Very happy and pleased Ivan was at the other end of phone to help so quickly. Cheers Ivan :-)
