I purchased two Tapo C530WS surveillance cameras and am very satisfied with them. However, after I relocated one of the cameras, the object tracking feature stopped working. Even though I matched and corrected all settings to be identical to those of the second camera—and performed multiple resets and restarts—the issue could not be resolved. I then contacted TP-Link customer support and explained the problem to Mr. Linden L. Thanks to several emails and precise instructions, the issue was successfully resolved, and the camera is now working perfectly again. I highly recommend TP-Link's customer service and would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Linden L. once again. Best Regards Frank N.

Andrei is the best technical help I have ever had. Andrei is so knowledgeable and could resolve my problems with Deco where no one else could. Andrei is a major asset to this firm and is worth more than gold when I was losing my patience with other people who did not have Andrei's technical knowledge. I just want Andrei every time. After changing network providers it got really fifficult to get my TP-Link extender to work again under new wifi details. I contacted the OMADA chat and Fiona was amazing and supportive as well as patience . After trying almost everything we got it to work. Really happy with how Fiona helped me.

I had occasion to contact TP link to get some answers related to the TP-Link Deco 7 Pro BE63 product. I was lucky enough to chat with Hayden in Customer Service. Not only after reading a lot of reviews, and seeing several videos as to this product, I had a few technical questions. I have to tell you that TP-Link, in my experience, is great when it comes to customer service. One question, one answer, begat another question. All were answered the next day. I never got sucked into the rabbit hole that is most customer service, with a response a week later, or never! I have been in the PC world over 40 years, and never did I get such quick responses, and had all my questions answered as I did with Hayden/TP-Link. Thanks for the quick, and thorough, answers! Keep up the good work, your customers thank you!

Spoke to Alexander Caberto who was most helpful. He took me through various steps to try and re-connect my existing TP Link extender back to my Router. I eventually realised that my plug was faulty - after trying numerous attempts to connect - with no luck. I therefore purchased a new extender booster plug - which thankfully works.
