Sheila Mae Orquia (Shay) was incredibly patient and helpful with me in setting up my existing TP Link router after I changed my ISP. Shay stayed on the 'phone with me and talked me through all of the procedures to set up the main unit plus the additional two Deco units for my MESH system. Shay gave first class service.
I bought a new TP Link modem and had many issues connecting it to my internet service. Thankfully, Shayne (TP Link Support) was able to help me set it up correctly and it worked straight away. Amazing service and knowledge! Thank you so much Shayne.
Chloe understood the issue and must have read through the chat up to that point as I didn't have to repeat everything suggested and done so far as I have had to do with other companies customer support. She then sent me a link to download the very latest firmware for manual updating. Fingers crossed it resolves the issue.

Superb products!!! I've had a TP-Link Deco X50-5G Whole Home Wi-Fi 6 Router AX3000 for 13 months now and it's superb. I dumped Virgin Media (cable internet / cable TV / landline) livid as the robbers were increasing prices year on year by RPI plus 3.9% and I got a Talkmobile unlimited data SIM for £16 a month fixed for life - home internet, streaming and TV via this 5G router and SIM card is brilliant! My monthly recurring cost is now fixed for life at just £16 a month! Now I'm fitting Tapo C560WS Outdoor Wired Security Cameras to my house and my mum's house and these are brilliant, with a brilliant app. Superb products!!!

They have only on-line service, which makes it necessary that every house must have a techy. Secondly, if the line gets disconnected when we follow instructions, they don't call back. When we call back, the line is picked up by another agent and he won't know what the first guy has done. So, it becomes a mess. Very bad experience. Why I have one ⭐ extra is - the service guys are polite and have patience. But overall, they won't solve the issue. My no is 9513430490
I purchased their deco 6E wireless in March 2026, and upon opening the box, one of the 3 receivers did not work. After dealing with their support team for 3 months, they finally agreed that the unit did not work. I sent the unit back to them in July 2026 and have not heard a word from them. I have sent two emails and crickets. Do NOT buy from TP-Link as they do NOT stand behind their product.
