In the midst , our discussion was cut off and she called back immediately to help me to walk through to connect the other mesh and she is great, she do not made me feel at anytime - stupid. Her patience,kindness and knowledge resolve my issue. Wish we have more service executives that help us to resolve our problems with a smile. My experience with her is very good. There is no AI that can replace that kind of follow up with a human touch. Thank you

Solar inverter wifi coverage

Solar inverter wifi coverage I needed to get wifi coverage to reach my solar panel inverter installed in my garage area. Without it my $7k++ solar investment won’t work. Hardwiring the inverter was strangely not an option by the way. I went for a mesh network added to my existing wifi router due to long term reliability issues I could see in reviews with local extenders plus in hindsight it wouldn’t have given the inverter enough signal anyway. The product purchased was a TP-Link Deco ax3000 with three units. I matched the manufacturer of my existing TP-Link wireless router. A mesh wifi network allowed me to extend the wifi in a way that wifi extenders cannot. Effectively I was able to piggyback one Deco on another to reach further. Installation seemed simple enough looking at the online YouTube instructions and I called my internet provider to check the settings they needed as recommended by the video beforehand. I installed the app but hit a snag when installing the first Deco that is connected to the existing wifi router via an Ethernet cable. The help options did not solve the issue. Lesson learnt from this - just call the 24 hour TP-Link support number in the app. Special call-out to Maria at TP-Link support who helped me work through the issues and diligently helped me set the rest of the decos up once the base unit was cleared. Five stars are for Maria. For all those that have these issues I hope this review give you a path out. ;)
