I really like the backtesting thing, even though it sometimes has weird mistakes. It is still much better than other tools like that. The journal is also great and collects various data which can be helpful in improving your trading.

I had issues loading my trading data to tradezilla and this happened over the weekend. First thing monday morning I heard from tradezilla and they said that they were working on my problem. I found their service to be expedient and excellent. I would highly recommend tradezilla to any of my trading partners.

Great Support
I've only been using the platform for about a month. I had an issue day one. microsoft csv would not load into the dashboard. I was going to cancel my subscription but Kevin at the help desk made sure I got a resolution. This issue went all the way up to the dev team for a fix. If Kevin wasn't attentive I would have dumped this service. The trade tracker is super useful and I will enjoy using it. Making my trades more visible has been key for me. Thanks for the help. You kept a customer by going out your way to make me feel valued

I did some back and forth with an AI agent until it found my issue above its pay-grade and referred my case to a human in flesh and blood (And therefore ladies and gentlemen, AIs are not "fully' replacing humans, not now, not ever), and Kathleen swooped in and sorted my issue before I even began my workweek. TZ and its response time is lightning quick, and the resolution it to heart's content and then some. Wish all business support systems in the world were like TZ's. Take a bow!

I have been using Tradezella for several months and it has absolutely become and invaluable tool for my trading! The journaling and the stats that are compiled are very detailed and concise! It has really helped me hone in on the setups that work the best for me, and which ones need to be let go of, all based on facts and stats. It is very user friendly and easy to navigate! Highly recommend!
EXCELLENT SUPPORT
I was experiencing errors and was unable to post my entries, so I contacted customer support. Marl assisted me, and the way he guided me through the situation and helped resolve the issue completely was truly remarkable. Thanks to his efficiency and patience, I was able to post my entries correctly without any further problems. I must say, TradeZella has amazing customer support,especially Marl.
