TradeZella is a decent trading journal, but it's missing important integrations like WealthCharts auto-import. My main issue is with the subscription management. I forgot to cancel my renewal in time, which was my mistake. However, my card didn't have enough funds, and TradeZella has been trying to charge it every day for over a month. The subscription page shows "Cancelled" instead of a "Cancel" button, making it look like everything is already terminated. Yet the payment attempts continue. Because of this, I now have to contact my bank to block the charges. Very frustrating subscription experience.

From the minute I decided to take the step towards becoming a better trader by joining Tradezella they couldnt have done a better job. Any questions or concerns - they've got you. Its actually pretty amazing. I feel almost like you're reaching out to family because theres no hesitation or long wait time and from my experience, they didnt even wait for me to reach out they reached out to check in on me and see if things were going alright. I watched Kevin explain Zella AI and hes been nothing but helpful, literally. Umars emails that he sends every few days to try and help you get better are super helpful and you can honestly see how genuine this team is. I just cant wait until I can speak on the fact that Tradezella is what turned me profitable consistently over months/years but I have only been able to use their program for a couple weeks. Highly recommend and I honestly feel like Tradezella was a calling for me to finally be able to breakthrough my detrimental cycle and compile data that will eventually turn me into the trader ive always desired.

Been using tradezella for about 4 years now and never cancelled. Best app for backtesting and logging and going over your trades. Still keeping it even with other AI agents present. It gets the job done and the customer service is very good
