Be very careful with TradeZella’s AI tools, especially automated tagging. They lag badly and can apply incorrect, contradictory tags across hundreds of trades.
Zella AI contaminated about 200 of my trades and made my statistics unreliable. After more than a week, the issue is still not resolved.
Because TradeZella has no reliable undo or restore function, I may now have to rebuild a huge amount of tagging manually.
For a platform built around accurate trading statistics, this is a serious data-integrity failure.
I initially decided to cancel my subscription because I wasn't sure the platform added enough value over my current Excel workflow.
However, the TradeZella team handled everything exceptionally well. They processed my refund immediately, genuinely listened to my feedback, and even offered me a complimentary month to properly explore all the features before making a final decision. It's very good to find a company that cares this much about customer satisfaction.

Have had such a great customer support experience. I was able to get a quick response and over the top support given I needed a little more hand holding. My first experience with a journal trading software, and will be using them as long as I trade.
I was having some errors while postingt my entries, so I contacted customer support. Their fast reply and guidance solve my problem. Everything runs amazingly well right now.
I had an issue connecting my eToro account to TradeZella. Marl from the support team was very helpful and kept me updated while the development team worked on a new integration.
After switching to the new connection procedure, the eToro sync has been stable for several days and has not disconnected again. I appreciate the prompt communication and the effort to resolve the issue.

The application has a sharp learning curve. I was uncomfortable signing up as I was told there is no live customer support and no trial period. None of which is true. There is a 14-day trial period and live customer support, sometimes not instant, but you don't wait very long either .
Over the weekend, I dealt with Kathleen, who first verified she understood my question 100% before she proceeded with a well-thought-out solution to the problem I was experiencing.
This was the second time I was able to get live ( not AI assistant ) help over the weekend.

Incredible platform, as a trader I would say it is very well - designed and really provides absolutely everything at trader would need in order to improve. I want to explicitly say that the customer service and the support team is absolutely amazing. I had a minor issue with billing, the team looked at it immediately, told me what's wrong and fixed in the matter of minutes. Such great people from what I've seen and such good platform to journal or backtest, you can't go wrong!
