Quick delivery
We ordered one item which was priced attractively and delivered quickly. My ranking of four stars is because after I was in contact with Trainers Warehouse about making our order tax exempt, I went online to order some more things. Their website didn't recognize my email address so I had to set up an account. Now I'll have to contact them again to straighten out the tax exempt situation. I suppose I missed something somewhere, but still...
Hi Shirley, I'm glad you received your order and all was well. I just want to let you know that we only require tax exempt numbers in the state of Massachusetts, where we have a nexus. We don't collect tax outside of MA. We can also help our MA customers register online and set you up as tax exempt. ~ Sue
