Great Service- Unique product
I ordered the goal thermometer. When it came, the carrier left it outside in the rain all day. It was partly ruined, but still usable. I contacted Trainers Warehouse and they sent me another, no charge. Great service. The goal thermometer is simple but works effectively. We know that thermometers work, this one makes it easy to use and everyone knows the score.
It was an ok experience
I ordered 25 of the same item and only received 23 of them. I had to call in to get the other two. The representative on the phone was wonderful! I was just a little bugged to have to call in to get my full order.

Great Customer Service
I called in my order and the customer service was exceptional. The only issue i had was with the shipment. Apparently, the carrier did not take care of my package because when i opened it, it was crushed. I called customer service and they replaced the item immediately. Overall, this is a great site to order instruction materials and i would recommend it to anyone.
