I recently ordered buzzers from Trainers Warehouse. Within a few hours of my online purchase I received a phone call making sure that I had a system to link the buzzers to. Great customer service. I had questions about an online game I wanted to purchase on the fly. I called their number and a real live person picked up and answered all of my questions. No corporate, call center like feel at all. They ensured I had everything I needed, just in time.
