We would like to clarify that Transak is not associated with Cohen Thomas or Topcoin Investment. Transak never contacts customers to place orders, promote investments, guarantee returns, or encourage purchases through third-party investment websites. Transak acts solely as a payment and cryptocurrency conversion provider. In this case, Transak was selected as the payment partner, the required identity-verification process was completed using the documents submitted during the order flow, and the purchase was processed according to the information and wallet address provided at checkout. Our review confirms that the purchased Bitcoin was successfully delivered on-chain to the specified wallet address. An order-confirmation email containing the transaction details and blockchain hash was also sent to the registered email address as proof of delivery. Transak does not provide or control personal wallets, store cryptocurrency after delivery, or have the ability to initiate, retrieve, or reverse subsequent wallet transfers. If you did not authorize the outgoing activity from your wallet, please contact your wallet provider immediately so they can investigate and help secure it. If Cohen Thomas, Topcoin Investment, or another third party has asked you to send additional funds, fees, or cryptocurrency to unlock an investment balance or receive a reward, please do not make any further payments. The time required for these confirmations can vary depending on block-production timing, network congestion, and the wallet provider’s confirmation requirements. This stage is managed by the Bitcoin network and is outside Transak’s direct control.
