I called to make a transition. It was done very expeditiously but it was not direct deposited like I requested. Apparently, they did not receive my voided check and I had to wait for it via mail. When I called back to inquire about my direct deposit, that’s when I was informed. Overall, I was completely satisfied.

I have been paying a loan by mail. Recently one was returned undeliverable by post office supposedly wrong P O Box. I called to find out why. Representative was very patient with me because I did not make myself clear about the loan. He thought it was the monthly payment for the life insurance. Once I realized my error of complaint, I apologized and he said the P O Box was correct. I recent it and had no problem for the next two payments sent. They went through with reasonable time.
