I wanted to cancel my policy and was dreading the cancellation process just because I have had not so great experiences. I had a term policy that I wanted to cancel because I just did not see the value. Went with a whole life elsewhere. The cancellation process was a breeze, I did not have to jump through hoops to get it taken care of. The person who helped me was also very patient, helpful and professional. I appreciated him not trying to question my decision. the process was smooth and my policy was cancelled when they it would.

You use an AI generated answering system. No, they cannot help and don’t understand “Representative.” I am disgusted that companies think this is good customer service. I work with this in my job every day besides trying to get my personal concerns resolved by phone call.
