A Professional Representative Represents Outrageous Charges for Use of Debit Card to Pay Premium! She called it "convenience fee"! Can business greed get anymore outrageous "inconvenience fee!"
Representative was clear and articulate, professional, and patient. She was careful to note and update accy & owner policy details and provided appropriate doc to sign & return by email. She was understanding of my frustration and REJECTION of a $10 fee to pay my premium with my debit card, which is outrageous and insulting to any customer!

We understand that the fee may not be ideal- there are normally alternative methods for payment that do not have fees if you want to discuss with a representative.
