Every time you call you talk to a different person and each person give you a different answer and that needs to stop
The truth is every time you called you talk to a different representative and each one tell you a different story it's like they don't know what they're doing some of them don't know what they're doing and that leads to get straightened

It was great because they knew what I wanted.
It was great because, as senior, w e don't necessarily know how to properly articulate our concerns. The staff anticipated our concerns and assisted me without me asking the question.
Transamerica was very polite, professional, and perfect, in my situation/issue, and I truly appreciate them all so very much.
