They take their time processing withdrawals

I completed a withdrawal on July 15th. I checked my account on 20th, nothing. I checked the 21st, 22nd, 23rd ans 24th nothing. So, i decided to call, July 24th at 11am. I had to leave a voicemail and I would receive a call back. Never received a call back. However, in this voicemail I stated I completed and sent forms in and haven't gotten any movement or response about it. Now all of a sudden, I get an email stating it's in process. Then another saying its finished processing and that payment is on the way. So, why did I have to call to get yall to do your job? I've used other companies and had no problems getting my money in 3 business days. So, why did I have to wait this long?
