Complete bait and switch. Booked the exact flight I wanted. An hour later I got a call that I needed to pay $2,000 more to be able to have a personal item and a carry-on. That they couldn't offer me the flight for what I had selected as it was no longer available. Complete bullshit.

After booking, they contact you to inform that you that the airline can't confirm your ticket and you need to pay 3X the original price to get a confirmed seat. They'll offer to switch you to a different flight that is still much more expensive than booking with the airline directly. So you want a refund and they say the charge is non-refundable since your credit card has already been charged (which it hasn't), but the original airline will issue you a credit. What nonsense.

I had a very disappointing experience with Travelo1. After booking my flight and paying, the process became stressful and unprofessional. They increased the price and say that I won’t be refunded. Communication was poor, and I felt misled about my booking. It was extremely difficult to get clear answers, and I was left worried about whether my ticket was even valid. I would not recommend booking through this company. Based on my experience, I believe travelers should be very cautious and consider booking directly with the airline or through a well-known, reputable travel agency to avoid unnecessary stress.

Travelo1 are Bait and switch scammers from India, can't understand anyone in the bunch, they tried to get me to pay an additional 1000 for an upgrade, derka! derka! I shut my card off!! Trust not Trustpilot sponsored.

I had a very disappointing experience with this website. The price I was quoted was different from what I ended up paying, which felt misleading. They also assured me that our seats would be together, but when we checked in, we were seated separately. On top of that, they told me a carry-on bag was included in my booking, but I found out it wasn't, and I had to pay extra. Overall, the information they provided was inaccurate, and I feel they made promises just to secure the booking. I would not recommend using this website and will not book through them again.
