THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, I SHOULD HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I BUY IT. ONCE I PAID FOR THE FLIGHT A FEW MINUTES LATER THEY CALLED ME TO ASK ME FOR MORE MONEY , TO UPGRADE THE RESERVATION , IF I DONT ACCEPTED I WILL LOSE THE MONEY. I CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES
Booked a flight. They didn't have the advertised fair. They offered me alternatives at different times and prices but nothing worked for me. I told them to cancel my ticket. They lied and said I had already been charged (there was nothing on my credit card statement) and couldn't get my money back. They had 3 separate agents that continued aggressively calling and texting me trying to offer me alternatives and say I couldn't get my money back. I told each of them to cancel my request and not call me back or else I would file a complaint. They kept calling, so here I am.

Henry Smith, my travel agent, was amazing he is really dedicated and committed to his job and to the client, he explored all the options and found me a really good deal on my flight. Great attitude as well
It is actually a scam website. They give you a good price then they call you to say that you have to pay double the price you payed for! or your money is gone !
I bought flights though their website. Then they call me and said the flight was not available. Would help me find a flight at a very high price. They would not give me back my money. I ended up getting a flight but at a much higher price and basic. I had to up grade to bring luggage. Definitely bait and switch. Don’t use them.
“Very bad experience with this travel agency. I purchased a flight through them, and after taking my money they did not resolve my situation or provide a clear solution. In addition, after the payment, they attempted to use my card again without authorization, and for security reasons I had to cancel my bank card. I felt completely deceived and very disappointed by their lack of professionalism and responsibility. I do not recommend this agency for booking flights. Be very careful before trusting them.
They are scammers, I kept saying no to their upgrades and that my tickets weren’t available so I had to upgrade. After saying no and asked for a refund they declined and I said I’ll just cancel. The agent literally started yelling at me and saying your broke your broke we already took the money you aren’t getting anything back
Henry was very capable and served me well. A little bit of a thick accent, but he repeated everything when I asked him.
I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this company, and I strongly advise others to stay away. They advertised a very low price for a flight, but after I completed the booking, they called me claiming that the seats were no longer available. This is completely unacceptable. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to lure customers in with cheap prices, only to pressure them into paying much more for a different flight. When I refused to pay the higher price and asked to cancel, they made the process difficult and even charged fees just to return my own money. This is not how a legitimate or trustworthy business should operate. This company lacks transparency, professionalism, and basic customer respect. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the stress, time, and money—book your flights with a reputable and honest provider instead. Avoid this company at all costs.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! Bait and switch! They promise a flight at a price, but cannot deliver. Then they call you and say the flight is not available, but they can get you on another flight for the agreed price x3! Book your travel from a reputable site, NOT from Travelo1!
Googled United Airlines & thought i was dealing directly. Charged ticket and then told me that theatre was an additional charge of $210 . Myrtle said i had to use a different card because my card was declined. Told Myrtle to try again. No luck. So, i gave her other card. This was Jan 23, 2026. I had to cancel flight. That is when i found out why Myrtle wanted a different card. United had no record of additional fee. This agency is guilty of fraud.

I called the reservation desk today regarding my travel plan and got in touch with the floor manager, Jeffrey and Henry Martin. Both of them helped me resolve my questions and issues, they were polite, helpful and supportive of my situation and resolved the issue within no time. I’m thankful and grateful to them for this exemplary service.
Worst company ever scammers they literally out here stealing and the government not getting rid of they lure with cheap prices then rob you openly. DONT LOOSE YOUR MONEY DONT BOOK WITH THEM. THEFTS

I BOOKED 5 TICKETS TODAY FROM RDU TO BOSTON AND CALLED CUSTOMER CARE. THEY TOLD YOUR FLIGHT IS FULL AND TICKETS ARE ON STANDBY. IF YOU WANT THAT TICKETS YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY. I ASKED FOR REFUND, HE FLATLY REFUSED, I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL WRITE REVIWE HE TOLD ME DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO. BIG SCAMMER WEBSITE. DONT BOOK HERE.
