Bad reservation experience

Oh no, your booking is pending Dear xxxxx, We were unable to process your booking. This could have happened for a number of reasons. Your Booking No. is TWC618137 Passenger Information is incomplete. Payment Information is incomplete. Flights you have booked is sold out or not available. When I called them next day, they said it was sold out!!!!

Poor marketing strategy

The price displayed is usually half the actual price, and then after prebooking, they call you saying the price just went up. When you ask to cancel, they start saying you have to pay a penalty fee. This is indeed a very poor marketing strategy and sounds scummy in a way. Why not just display the correct price like other agents do.

SCAMMERS.

SCAMMERS. They adverted a price, you're happy with it and book it. They then call you to say you have the basic and to upgrade it. I said no, I'm happy with what I booked. They then say it's not available and you've booked standby. I said no I haven't, so if it is not available then refund me. No you can't have a refund as per the terms and conditions. THIS IS A LIE. I went to call my bank, they rang me back. They keep trying to get you to book something else. I don't want something else and most definitely not from this company, not now. BIG RED FLAGS. They contact me again from the refunds department and I say I don't want a flight 2 days later or to somewhere else, i need what I booked only. So they try to charge me more and then say as per terms and conditions I cannot have a refund. I said I'll go to the bank. This time I went back and checked. Still advertising the flights. I could still book it at the same price. I screenshot it all. Nowhere does it say it is a basic fare and I have to go standby. I called them back and said before I take this further, do you want to refund me. They said I've not been charged and the booking is cancelled. I had already taken it up with WEGO. I hope that they get removed from there, because as per other reviews, this is definitely a scam. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS, DO NOT PAY MORE. I've been on 13 flights this year, i book all the time, I worked in the travel industry 30 years. AVOID.

This is a fraudulent group of Indians who steal money from your credit cards and engage in illegal activities through shady websites. I warn you against dealing with them.

Total Fraud None of the prices shown on their website are actually available when you call to confirm. Magically, every single deal that appears online is already “sold out,” and you’re immediately offered a much higher rate instead. Feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic — very misleading and a complete waste of time. Avoid this site if you value honesty and transparency.
