My flight was a total scam. Minutes after I booked the flight someone from Travel01 contacted me and said that my flight was stand by, then proceeded to try to upsell me to another flight.

Unhelpful, lying, rude practices

I purchased a trip with Travelo1 in June 2025. The airline switched our December flight 3 weeks before I was to leave to a date/time that did not work. Airline refunded their portion of the ticket. Travelo1 refused to refund their portion of flight that was never used. After talking to numerous rude and unhelpful customer service agents and 1 unhelpful manager, they did say that they would give me an ecredit for the amount not refunded. Attempted to use ecredit 1 month later and manager wouldn't use it on a flight that I found on their website. Instead wanted to use it on a flight that was $2200 more and still wanted more money from me. Agents are lying when other managers are in as I am still attempting to use these useless ecredits (almost $1700) worth. Please stay as far away from this company as possible.

I would give them a zero stars if it was a possibility. They called me after I gave their website all of my personal information stating that the flight was not available anymore for the price I agreed to. This is dishonest, so I rebooked on a different website.

Booked flights through a meta-search site and got redirected to Travelo1. After booking, I was told the seats were no longer available. No ticket was issued and my card was not charged. I received multiple calls from Henry, Jenny, James, asking me to confirm by phone and was pressured to pay a much higher fare using Zelle and to accept an e-credit instead of a refund. This felt like a bait-and-switch. I canceled in writing and did not proceed. I would not use this company again.

I was promised seat selection free bag and free cancellation. When the reservation confirmation came from Inited it was their basic package, I had to pay for luggage and seat. Definitely bait and switch!

I paid for 2 international flights on 10/07/25 that I cancel one and reissued e credit, days later on find out they cancelled both which was not authorized the day of the scheduled outing flight. The day of the flight December 17 2025. I called to book extra luggage up to the ************** to find out that ***************** had no reservation under my name but I was charged for the flights. I spoke to ***************** and they stated since that TAP Cancelled the booking which is lie because the airline told me that travel01 cancel it. buy my tickets from them directly I needed to contact Travel01. I contacted the travel agency Travel01 by phone and was informed that they would give me credit for my flights but when I tried to call to use it they give me the run around. I would like for them to refund me my money back since they didn't provide any service. The business is misleading by charging customers for flights that were never reserved and not providing any information on cancellation of flights. ***************** informed me that there was a reservation made but because Travel01 never paid for the flight reservations they were never confirmed. Travelo1 never informed that the reservations were cancelled. Have e-ticket number and airline confirmation number.. SHAM.. MY LAWYER IS INTERVIENING

fake fake. i purchased a ticket and after i paid, some calls me to let me know that there is luggage and if need luggage they ticket price will increase by $1100 at the time the ticket is only $800. airline charge $100 for the luggage.
