Response time is pathetically poor! This agency was my favorite one time. It has sunk to the BOTTTOM!

Dear Ravi,
We sincerely apologize for your recent experience and understand your disappointment. There are times when the agent you're trying to reach may already be assisting another customer or working with an airline on a complex booking, which can sometimes take considerable time. We also wanted to let you know that one of our other executives tried to reach you by phone yesterday but was unable to connect. This is never an excuse for delayed communication, and we truly appreciate your feedback. We hope you'll give us another opportunity to assist you and provide the level of service you deserve.
Kindest Regards,
Team Travelopod
