Frustrating Booking Experience Due to Pricing Error
The agent offered a price that wasn't actually available. After waiting 48 hours, I was informed that the booking couldn't be completed. The lack of updates during that time made the experience very frustrating.

Dear Vivek, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced. Occasionally, special promotional fares offered by airlines are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and even travel agencies can face challenges in securing them. Until a unique 13-digit ticket number is generated, the airline may still decline to honor the quoted fare. We understand how disappointing this was, especially with the delay in updates, and we'll work to improve our communication. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you'll give us another opportunity to serve you better. Kindest Regards, Team Travelopod

I do not think you guys are doing…
I do not think you guys are doing better job for repeated customers, specially when i am able to show you better price online directly from airlines. you are not even able to match it .. i have given good business in last 2 yrs .. but you lost me this time.

Dear Vishnu, We sincerely apologize that we couldn't meet your expectations this time. Airfares are based on a live inventory system and can fluctuate within minutes depending on demand and availability as travelers around the world search and book the same routes. While we always strive to offer the most competitive fares, there are times when we're unable to match an airline's direct price. We truly appreciate the trust and business you've given us over the past two years, and we're disappointed to have missed this opportunity. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future, and we'll do our very best to provide you with a better experience. Kindest Regards, Team Travelopod
