Scam operation
Scam operation. I've had to change my bank card to stop the monthly unauthorised billing as the company can't be reached for cancellation or any other subject for that matter. They are ake your money and never respond. If did not subscribe and they are stealing my money. Stay away. The high rating is fake. Achieved with luring you into rating them before they provide any service.

I am filing this formal complaint against Travelovin (travelovin.com) due to deceptive billing practices, unauthorized subscription enrollment, and the intentional evasion of customer service and cancellation requests.Recently, I discovered an unauthorized charge of 99 Euros applied to my financial account by this merchant. This fee was executed without my explicit consent, clear or transparent disclosure of a hidden recurring subscription model, or an easily accessible breakdown of fees during my initial interaction with their website.Upon noticing this unauthorized financial deduction, I immediately attempted to contact Travelovin to terminate any active account and demand a full refund. However, the business has deliberately structured its operation to avoid consumer contact and block cancellations. There is no automated cancellation button or setting available within the user dashboard. Furthermore, when I attempted to reach out via their designated support emails, my messages were instantly rejected by their mail server, returning "delivery failure" notifications.It is clear that Travelovin is maintaining dead or non-functional communication channels to physically trap consumers in subscriptions. Additionally, the website operates with an absolute lack of transparency, hiding all corporate information; they fail to disclose a physical business address, a telephone number, or any verifiable names of ownership or leadership anywhere on their platform.

The company started billing me approximately 100 Euros after the first month without my consent to a subscription. They won't stop billing me although I wrote to them saying I do not want to subscribe and I am not using the site. The reason they have a high rating is because you have to give them a high rating before you can start the service.

It's a scam. They never reply and you can never cancel the subscription. The subscription management page doesn't even exist!
I advise you not to be a travel advisor on it.
I signed up to be a travel advisor on it because the platform looked brilliant. I then tried to extend my membership but found that I could not get onto the 'subscriptions' page to do so. Then I found that travelovin decided to make a random 99 euros payment form me a month later. I could not get in touch with their team to try and change my membership and query why I got 99 euros charged, or for help related to another issue using the platform, and after reading the negative reviews on this app with people going through the same or similar issues, I decided to cancel my bank card to stop them taking payment. They also do not send confirmation on what membership you signed up to, I wish I had picked up on this as this was the first sign they are a scam.

I signed up a travel consultant and booked a hotel that never could be confirmed! I was charged 3 times because of my attempts to book it. After 4-6 emails and support requests, none were ever answered. I have no idea who these people are and I canceled all my credit card charges because I think they are fraudulent.

They make you pay for subscription promising leads and tips and then when you try to cancel subscription they don't allow you. I have sent numerous e-mails, and reported bug and requested help but I got 0 feedback. Will tell my bank to block them since this is a scam..
